Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, the following rules apply:

Before Shipment

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved within this window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible to request a return under our Return Policy (see above), but you will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Preorders or Backorders

If you wish to cancel a preorder or backorder, please contact us at sales@lovettas.com before the item ships. Once the preorder has been fulfilled or shipped, the same conditions as standard orders apply.

Special or Custom Orders

Custom or special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please email sales@lovettas.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll review your request and confirm whether it can be processed.
