Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach us.

  • 3–5 business days for us to process your return.

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product(s) must have arrived damaged or defective.

  • Pictures of the product are required for all return or refund requests.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If we receive any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds or returns for items on sale, or for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

If the item is being returned for reasons other than our error, such as a change of mind or customer preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Meltable Items

From April 15 to October 15, heat-sensitive or meltable items are only eligible for a refund if Next Day Air shipping is selected. If any other shipping method is chosen and the item(s) arrive melted, we will not be able to issue a refund.
