How do I use your products?

 Depends on what you’re making. Most of our creams and sauces are ready to go, you can pipe them into croissants, spread them in cakes, mix them into drinks, or use them as a topping. For specifics, check the product description of the item you’re looking at.

Do I need to prep the creams before using?

 Nope. They’re ready-to-use right out of the tub or  squeeze bottle.

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store it?

Room temperature is best. If you keep it cooler, it’ll get a little firmer. If it’s hotter, it’ll get more runny. Either way, just bring it back to room temp before using.

Will it go bad if it gets hot or cold during shipping?

No, it doesn’t go bad if it gets warm or cold on the way.

How long does it last?

Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after use.
Shelf life: 24 months.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days. After that, the carrier takes about 3–5 business days to get it to you.
