Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable or canola)

  • 2 tbsp Lovetta Pistachio Cream 

  • Crushed pistachios, for garnish

 


 

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add milk, oil, and Pistachio Cream, mixing until smooth.

  3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until the cake rises and sets (do not overcook).

  4. Let cool slightly, then top with more Pistachio Cream and crushed pistachios.
