Cookie Butter Cheesecake Cups

These no-bake cheesecake cups layer silky cream cheese with the warm, spiced flavor of Lovetta Cookie Butter Cream. Perfect for entertaining or portion-controlled desserts, they’re easy to prepare yet feel indulgent and bakery-worthy.

 


 

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 1 cup (240g) Lovetta Cookie Butter Cream

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 12 cookie biscuits (for base + topping)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

 


 

Instructions

  1. Crush half of the cookies and divide them into the bottoms of 6 serving cups.

  2. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Fold in Lovetta Cookie Butter Cream until fully incorporated.

  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture.

  6. Spoon filling into cups over the cookie base.

  7. Chill for at least 2 hours, then top with remaining crushed cookies and a dusting of cinnamon.
