1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

1/2 cup (100g) sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups (480ml) strong espresso, cooled

24 ladyfinger biscuits

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
