Blueberry Cream Cheesecake Bars

These cheesecake bars combine creamy tang, a buttery crust, and a burst of berry sweetness. Using Lovetta Blueberry Cream, this recipe delivers bakery-level flavor in a format that’s easy to slice, serve, and share.

 


 

Ingredients (12 bars)

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup (55g) sugar

  • 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (240g) Lovetta Blueberry Cream

  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 


 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.

  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Lovetta Blueberry Cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

  4. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.

  6. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
