For the crust:

1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup (55g) sugar

6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (100g) sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
